When do we expect H1N1 vaccine?
After it is released from the CDC, around the middle of October. The State of Texas will be supplying all H1N1.
Who can get the H1N1? Is it first come - first served while supply lasts like the regular flu shots?
That is still not clear. We will abide by the guidelines of the State who determines how the available vaccines can be distributed.
How much will the H1N1 vaccine cost?
$15.00 For Medicare and Medicaid
You just need to bring your Medicare or Medicaid card and we will file for you.
Is H1N1 available as a shot or nasal dose?
The vaccine is available in both forms but the Mobile Health Services Bus will only be administering the shots.
Can I get H1N1 at any of the sites or just at the designated Flu Shot site visits?
