Huguley Memorial Medical Center follows ethical behavior in its care, treatment, services and business practices.

  • Huguley Memorial Medical Center provides care, treatment, and services within its scope, stated mission and philosophy, and applicable law and regulation. 
  • Huguley Memorial Medical Center addresses conflicts of interest. 
  • The integrity of decisions is based on identified health care needs of the patient, with involvement by the patient or, when appropriate, the family of the patient. 
  • When care, treatment, and services are subject to internal or external review that results in denial of care, treatment, services, or payment, Huguley Memorial Medical Center will make decisions regarding the provision of ongoing care, treatment, and services or discharge based on the assessed needs of the patients.
