
Danae Daniels, MBA, has joined Huguley Memorial Medical Center as an administrative resident. Daniels is in her third and final year of an resident program with the Adventist Health System based in Winter Park, Florida. She will spend the year reviewing core processes and providing support to Huguley’s leadership team.
Daniels obtained a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a biophysics emphasis in 2009 from Union College in Lincoln, Nebraska. While an undergraduate, she interned in human resources and marketing at Glendale Adventist Medical Center in Glendale, California, and again in human resources and operations at St. Elizabeth Regional Medical Center in Lincoln. She also spent a year in Italy with Adventist Colleges Abroad.
“Danae’s enthusiasm and insightfulness have already proven her to be an asset to Huguley and to its administrative team,” said Kent Tucker, Huguley vice president.
Daniels joined the Adventist Health System as an administrative resident after graduation and has worked for the past two years at the eight campuses of AHS Florida Hospital in Orlando. She earned an MBA from Webster University in 2010. Currently a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives, she is working to become a fellow.
“In my first weeks at Huguley I’ve been very impressed with the leadership and friendliness of the staff,” said Daniels. “I’m looking forward to understanding the processes of a community hospital and offering my support to further its goals.”
Daniels currently resides in Burleson.
