A speech therapist is a specialist with training in the diagnosis and treatment of a variety of speech, voice, and language disorders.  Therapists work with people who are unable to make speech sounds or make speech sounds clearly, or people who have problems including stuttering, voice fluency and rhythm problems, inappropriate pitch or harsh voice/speech quality.

Huguley’s speech therapists will evaluate and develop an individualized treatment program based on input from the patient, family, and physician.
