A program for people 65 years of age and older, offers health screenings, flu shots, lectures, social events and tours, and newsletters to over 2,000 members. Huguley Home Health Agency
For over twenty years Huguley Home Health has kept patients in the place they love best, their home.

Since you have a choice of home health agencies, we at Huguley work hard to make certain that you will be satisfied with your choice of Huguley Home Health. Our staff of caring nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and home health aides are dedicated to bringing you back to good health by working closely with your doctor and your caregivers.

We have a social worker on staff that will help coordinate your special needs with other community agencies.

Huguley Home Health is here to shorten your hospital stay, prevent trips to the emergency room, and to reduce visits to your doctor’s office.

Remember that to obtain home health services, you must be under the care of a physician who orders those services. If you are a Medicare patient, you must be homebound in order to receive home services. This means that it is very difficult for you to leave home, and that you are not driving at the time services are ordered.

Community Education Programs

Huguley offers a variety of classes from health and fitness to disease and grief recovery. Huguley provides classes for patients, their families and the general community in order to help them stay healthy and deal with illness. See our Education Programs for a listing of programs.

Huguley's Mobile Health Services Bus

The Huguley Bus provides complete examinations and other healthcare services throughout Southeast Tarrant and Johnson counties. The Mobile Health Services Bus provides services to those unable to access healthcare due to a lack of transportation or adequate financial resources. Overseen by a physician, the Mobile Health Services Bus is staffed by a licensed paramedic, a registered nurse practitioner, varied allied health professionals and volunteers.

Huguley Fitness Center

Huguley Fitness Center is a full-service facility conveniently located on the campus of Huguley Memorial Medical Center.  We offer a large variety of services that cater to our Senior guests including our Young at Heart aerobics class, senior fitness programs including floor and water exercises, weight training, indoor and outdoor walking/running tracks, water therapy, junior olympic lap pool, arthritis classes, SilverSneakers classes, and much more. 

SilverSneakers Fitness Program

The SilverSneakers Fitness Program is our newest addition to our list of Senior services.  It offers a unique blend of physical activity, healthy lifestyle and socially oriented programming that enables older adults to take greater control of their health. It is available at no additional cost to individuals who belong to participating Medicare health plans or Medicare Supplement carriers.
