Emery J Lilge Hospice House
Community Hospice of Texas at Huguley

This lovely, eight-bed home provides a warm and home-like atmosphere where hospice patients and families find an emphasis on personal dignity and a positive quality of life. The Hospice house is for people with life-limiting illnesses who have a life expectancy of six months or less. The facility offers a range of team-based services to meet the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of the patients and their families, and provides compassionate, holistic, palliative care to terminally ill patients. Three levels of care are provided:

• symptom management for acute care
• respite care
• residential or short-stay care

The Emery J. Lilge House at Huguley is a joint venture with Community Hospice of Texas.
